Currently, Nghi Son Security Service Joint Stock Company is implementing in accordance with Security Service Contracts for security of factories, hotels, sites… …. in Nghi Son Economic Zone, Tinh Gia District, Thanh Hoa Province. On March 24th 2016, a Security Service Contract for Security Refinery in commissioning phase was signed by and between the Company and Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company. So the Company needs to recruit more security guards duty on the objectives being secured.

I. Recruitment Criteria

For male:

–       Age: 18-45 years old;

–       Height: 1m65 up

–       Weight: 55kg up;

–       Document record: clear background, no criminal record, no malformation;

–       Recruitment Priorities:

  • People finished Army & Police duty;
  • People come from NSRP Project – affected communes;
  • People graduated from Vocational School or higher;
  • People have English skills;

For female:

–       Age: 18-40 years old;

–       Height: 1m60 up

–       Weight: 48kg up;

–       Document record: clear background, no criminal record, no malformation;

–       Recruitment Priorities:

  • People finished Army & Police duty;
  • People come from NSRP Project – affected communes;
  • People graduated from Vocational School or higher;
  • People have English skills.

II. Recruitment Documents

–       CV (with Picture 4×6) certified by local authority;

–       Application form;

–       6 copies of ID

–       Copy of Family Register notarized by local authority;

–       No criminal records certified by local commune police (form of the records is regulated by the Company);

–       Copy of Certificate of Birth;

–       Copy of High school (or higher) certificate notarized by local authority;

–       Health certificate;

–       4 pictures  3×4;

–       Decision on Demobilized Soldier (if any);

–       Other certificates (if any).

III. Benefits

  1. Salary:

a)    Salary (in probationary period: 01 month): 85% of the official salary;

b)    Salary and allowances (from 2nd working month): from VND 4,500,000 / month to 6,000,000 VND / month;

c)    Salary (on holidays): abide by Labor Law in Vietnam;

  1. Employees are fully engaged Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Accident insurance 24/24 after signing a official contract with the Company (from 3rd working month).
  2. Other benefits: abide by Labor Law in Vietnam;
  3. Accommodation: Security guards will be provided free accommodation;
  4. Security guards will be taken part in training course held  by the Company;
  5. The Company will raise salary level for employees under the Company’s regulation.
